What if my time slot I want is already booked out?
Feel free to fill in the contact us form and we will try our best to fit you in.
What happens if I am done prior to my allocated time slot?
The time slot is a guide on the maximum time you have at the picnic experience, should you wish to leave earlier you are more than welcome to.
How do I contact you?
The easiest and most efficient way is via email. We have more than one person manning the box thereby getting you the quickest responses.
Can I bring our own alcohol?
Central Park rules dictate that we cannot offer/supply you with alcohol
Cancellation policy
We know that plans change and life gets the better of us, to ensure a full refund please ensure you cancel 48 hours in advance. Should the weather not permit on the day you have the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Our picnics are designed for 2 people, should you wish to add additional guests you can do so via the add-ons. Be sure to note that all food add ins are for 2 people so ensure you are catering accordingly. For any set up requiring 6 people or more please contact us via our contact form.
What if I want a set up outside of Central Park?
We are more than willing to help accommodate you outside of Central Park should it be within the vicinity. Fill out a form and briefly describe what you are looking for as well as the location.
